A traditional ayurvedic herbal steam sauna. It is a wooden steam box in which you will be
laying down, with your head placed outside the box. The treatment helps eliminate the toxins, alleviate muscle pain and stiffness, and improves blood circulation. Because of the special herbs used for the steam the benefits are far greater than a regular steam sauna Prior to the treatment, a consultation with our therapist is required. Afterwards according to your health condition the therapist will determine if you can undergo the treatment and the duration (As a protocol procedure, Basha sweda is possible only after a full body Abhyanga massage).
