Ayurvedic consultation

In a one-hour meeting, an Ayurvedic therapist will:

• Ask about your health, diet, lifestyle, work and about any personal matters or concerns which may be unsettling you.
• Perform an ayurvedic diagnosis of the pulse, to determine your unique constitution and its Balance.
• recommend a daily routine, to maintain optimal health and balance between the doshas.
• Suggest nutritional and lifestyle guidelines tailored to your specific body and mind constitution.
• recommend ayurvedic treatments, meditation and yoga practices.
