Ceylon Ayurveda’s services are performed at the headquarters Łowiecka 49, 43-300 Bielsko-Biała.
The services can be ordered directly at the headquarters, by phone or by e-mail.
These terms and conditions govern your use of Ceylon Ayurveda’s services. It regulates the issues necessary to ensure the safe provision of services and applies to all Customers, regardless of the method of ordering the service.
By using the services of Ceylon Ayurveda, the Client declares that he/she has read the Terms and Conditions and accepts its provisions.
Basic Principles of Performing Treatments
Massages performed in Ceylon Ayurveda are performed by people with qualifications, professional experience and the necessary skills.
A client of Ceylon Ayurveda can be an adult or a minor with the consent of the parents and in the presence of a parent or legal guardian.
Pets are not allowed in the Ayurvedic center.
It is forbidden to consume alcohol and smoke tobacco products (including e-cigarettes).
When entering Ceylon Ayurveda, please remove your shoes and leave them at the entrance. Replacement shoes will be provided for customers to wear while moving around the massage.
You should turn off your mobile devices or turn on silent mode.
A quiet tone of voice should be maintained during procedures or in the waiting room so as not to disturb patients during procedures.
The Ceylon Ayurveda customer is required to bring their own towel (large towel).
Disposable coverings are used for the massage tables and replaced after each treatment.
After the treatment, the client can use the bathroom with a shower.
Appointments
By signing up for a Visit, you accept these terms and conditions.
Registration is required for the Ceylon Ayurveda Centre. Appointments are arranged in person, by phone or by e-mail.
Payment for consultation, massages, or any other Ayurvedic procedures should be made only after the service has been completed.
Booking an appointment is tantamount to agreeing to fill in the Client Card before the first visit, on which basic personal data is placed and all ailments and diseases (if any) are recorded.
Cancellation of an appointment
The client has the possibility to postpone or cancel the booked massage free of charge, please contact us by phone as soon as possible.
If you are experiencing symptoms such as a cold, flu, or any other infection, we kindly request that you cancel your appointment to prevent the risk of infection to our staff
A visit to the Clinic
The client is obliged to arrive 5-10 minutes before the agreed time in order to prepare for the massage, the agreed time is the time of its start.
The staff of Ceylon Ayurveda is obliged to respect the privacy of the client.
If the client feels discomfort or malaise during or after the treatment, the client is obliged to immediately inform the person performing the massage.
The staff of Ceylon Ayurveda has the right to refuse or discontinue the massage if they encounter behavior inappropriate for the place where they are (sexual advances, aggression, etc.). In such cases, the Police will be called and the fee for the procedure will be charged as for the procedure that took place.
Accepted payment methods include cash, card, or BLIK.
Customers of Ceylon Ayurveda are responsible for any damage to the Clinic’s equipment, up to its full value. Parents or legal guardians are responsible for damages caused by minors.
Complaints
Any matters not regulated by these Regulations shall be settled on the basis of the Civil Code.
Complaints and grievances can be submitted in writing to the salon’s address or by e-mail. Complaints will be considered within 14 days.
